🔄 Returns & Refund Policy – Shapelle

At Shapelle, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below:


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include any tags or labels (if applicable)

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged intimate items will not be accepted for return.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product value, provided all return conditions are met.

To begin the refund process, you must:

  1. Email 📧 support@getshapelle.com

  2. Request and complete the refund request form, which will be sent by our team

  3. Wait for the evaluation (up to 5 business days after the form is received)

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal).


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return of the item to our logistics centre.


5. How to Request a Return

To start the return process, email 📧 support@getshapelle.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return (optional)

  • Photo of the product (optional, but recommended)

We will reply with the return address and instructions.


6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will assess the case and, if confirmed, offer a replacement, full refund, or alternative solution at no extra cost.
